Warranties:
All products sold by Triangle Speed Shop LLC are covered by the manufacturer's own terms of warranty. Due to the nature of automotive racing Triangle Speed Shop LLC cannot be held responsible for products sold which are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Some vendors do not offer any form of warranty on their products.
Order Cancellations/Returns:
Select items can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for refund, if in unused unopened condition with all original packaging, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Unused items which are un-boxed will be inspected for damage and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS. NO returns on special/custom orders (transmissions, engines, racing components, rotating assemblies, etc.). Order Cancellations whether the item has shipped or not are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 15 DAYS. Triangle Speed Shop is not responsible for any installation/labor charges on products which are damaged, defective, or ordered/shipped in error.
Published/Internet pricing:
Triangle Speed Shop cannot predict price increases which manufacturers impose throughout the year, leading to increased pricing. Due to print lead times, all retail prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product specification availability and pricing are all subject to change without notice.
